Sljedeća pravila sačinjavaju ugovor između 10Bet i naših kijenata. Registriranjem kod nas potvrđujete da potpuno razumijete i prihvaćate sljedeća pravila:

1. Klijentova obaveza je da osigura svoje kontakt informacije i podatke iz banke u vezi uplate/isplate i da ih drži ažuriranim.

7. 10bet prihvaća oklade uplaćene telefonom ili internetom. Oklade se ne prihvaćaju nikakvim drugim putem (email,fax..itd) i ako seobave na takav način bit će proglašene zaništavne - bilo da su dobivene ili izgubljene.
8. 10Bet zadržava pravo da okladu ili bilo koji dio nje odbije/poništi prije nego utakmica počne bez objašnjenja.
